Privacy Policy

1Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how JobSiteWizard (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the JobSiteWizard app, website, and services (the “Service”). We built JobSiteWizard for construction teams, and we keep data collection to what we need to run the Service well.

Plain-language promise. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t look inside your project contents except as needed to operate the Service, keep it secure, or comply with law.

2Information we collect

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

Information from Apple

3How we use information

We use information to:

4Sign in with Apple

If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple shares a unique identifier and, depending on your choice, your name and an email address (which may be a private relay address). We use this only to create and sign you into your account. If you delete your account, we delete the associated identifier from our records.

5How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

6Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward only as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7Deleting your data

You can delete your account directly in the app (Account › Delete Account). This permanently removes your profile and personal data and signs you out. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. Note that deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription — manage that in your Apple Account settings.

8Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and to promptly address issues.

9Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise many of these directly in the app, or contact us at [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

10Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11International users

We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed there. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate.

12Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
